Hawksnest Golf Resort
Hawksnest Golf Resort is one of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in Western, North Carolina. Course developers carefully incorporated nature's own creative skill and spectacular scenery into a golf course that will equally challenge all skill levels. Our signature hole is a 210 yard, Par 3, with an elevation drop of 125 feet. The tee box is cut from the mountain's edge. We have a complete Pro Shop with

Olde Beau Golf and Country Club
Olde Beau's design, which returns to traditional flat greens with the absence of "blind shots" to the green, makes more than 1,500 feet in elevation changes with the result being a par 72 that measures 6,710 yards from the tips, 6,237 from the middle and 5,652 from the front tees. The greens are regulation bent grass and the fairways and roughs are a rich blend of bluegrass. The course is forever ablaze with hillsides of wild flowers, mountain laurel and rhododendron. To play Olde Beau is to feel the mountain as well. With the emerald green fairways overlooking an ever changing palette of color on the trees, it seems as though you're playing golf on top of the world!

Jefferson Landing on the New River

Founded in May of 1991, this 18-hole championship course was designed by two-time PGA champion and US Open Championship winner Larry Nelson. Now in its eleventh playing season, this exceptional course has matured into one of North Carolina's most beautiful mountain courses.
