Salem Glen Country Club Rated one of the top 10 new courses in North Carolina in 1997, Salem Glen has established itself as one of the premier golf courses in central North Carolina. The 18 hole layout designed by Glen Day/Nicklaus Design Group offers players of all skill levels 2 distinct nines. The front 9 offers 2 challenging par 5's for the players to negotiate, as well as 2 holes that border the Yadkin River. The mountainous back 9 presents different challenges to the player. The narrow fairways and tiered greens which make up the inward 9 complete a course that is challenging to the competitor and friendly to the weekend golfer.
