Anderson Creek Golf Course
1997 PGA Championship winner Davis Love III recently unveiled Anderson Creek Golf Club, his first signature course in North Carolina, and winner of the “Best New Course in NC” award for 2001. The greens’ large roll-off areas and significant undulations offer a glimpse into the classic Donald Ross architecture seen throughout the Sandhills of North Carolina. Davis Love remarked, “Anderson Creek is one of the finest courses I’ve played, and is more than ready to host a major golfing event.” The club’s proximity to Interstate 95 as well as to the historic village of Pinehurst, make Anderson Creek a must play for golfers traveling to the area.
